Quality standards and Data security

OUR PRODUCTS ARE 100% MADE IN GERMANY.

We do not use any services from third parties outside of Germany for communication or storage of your and our data. All customer-related and company-internal data is thus stored on our own servers in Germany. In addition, we work completely with our own resources in the development of our products without the use of external third parties. Thus only our experienced and trained internal employees develop and supervise your projects.

HIGHEST SAFETY STANDARDS.

Data privacy and IT security are our topmost concerns. We only use our own high performance servers, which are located in a DIN ISO/IEC 27001:2005 certified data center in Germany. In this data center the most strict data protection under directive §9 BDSG is implemented and continuously monitored. Their data protection officers and IT security manager are trained and certified by TÜV Rheinland. Your data is therefore protected by the highest safety standards, which are regularly verified by independent institutions.

DOCUMENTED PROCESSES.

We provide you with comprehensive and transparent information on how we meet the requirements of the BDSG and the EU DSGVO. Our internal processes are documented and continuously checked for their safety. In addition, order-relevant aspects can of course be documented in a binding company agreement. Your works council and your data protection officer will thank you for this.

QUALITY AND INNOVATION.

Our constant striving for quality and innovation pays off: We are one of the finalists of the HR Start-up Award 2017 and one of the top 3 in the HR category of the Best List IT in medium-sized businesses 2016. In addition, our founder Prof. Dr. Simon Werther was named one of the 40 leading HR minds in 2017 by Personalmagazin.

Corporate environmental responsibility

SUSTAINABILITY

At HRinstruments we are aware of our responsibility to protect the environment. As the climate crisis has worsened, we also have the responsibility to make our contribution by using the resources of our wonderful planet as sustainably as possible and not by contributing to further exploitation.

With the following measures we actively contribute every day to ensure that our Earth remains as wonderful as it is and that our natural resources are preserved for a long time:

  • For our offices, we exclusively use green electricity from the Stadtwerke (City Utilities) Munich. Our computer center is also powered entirely by green electricity.
  • We have a “green” travel policy for our employees. It states that trains are used as a means of travel to appointments within Germany whenever possible. If travel by car or plane for national or international appointments is absolutely unavoidable, then CO2 emissions are of course compensated.
  • We offer our employees a “green” mobility budget for traveling to work, which they can use for a Bahncard or a local transport ticket, depending on their individual mobility preferences.
  • We obtain our office supplies from a range of sustainable products from Memo and use Ecosia as the default search engine on each of our computers. The advertising revenue generated is used to support non-profit environmental organizations and actively plant trees.
  • We provide benefits for our employees, i.e. fruit, snacks and drinks, directly from a regional supplier Amperhof, which regularly supplies us with delicious organic products.

With the help of all these measures, we at HRinstruments are trying to make an active contribution to a sustainable development of our planet and reduce our ecological footprint. With this in mind, we continuously review and expand all measures, and raise awareness and communicate these within our entire team.

Publications

This is the way our ideas and visions come into the world.

We want our expertise and attitude to be recorded in books, articles and conference contributions, aside from our products, to pass them to an international audience. We want to be the mouthpiece of a more liveable work environment with more honest feedback and sustained follow-up processes.

In addition, we also publish on personal, organizational, and strategy development. These issues relate to us mainly with the design of feedback cultures in organizations, especially in the area of conflict among Generation Y, X and Z as well as the digitization and globalization. It is necessary to develop new strategies to face these challenges.
