1. Compact application
You apply simply and informally without a large cover letter. Only your CV in your preferred format, a few informal words about you and links to profiles at portals like LinkedIn, XING, GitHub.
2. Short telephone interview
After a short time we will contact you with an initial impression and in case of a positive response we will invite you directly to a short telephone interview. We will exchange information about you and your career and you can get to know us and the position better.
3. Personal Interview
In a personal conversation with our founders, you will be asked deeper and more detailed questions about yourself – and, of course, you can ask about us. We always focus on whether we are a good match for each other and what conditions are important for an optimal start. You can also get to know your future colleagues over a cup of coffee.
4. Official Offer
If we can imagine working with you, we will get back to you as soon as possible with an official offer. We would be very happy if we could get together after clarifying last questions and if you become part of our team as soon as possible.
