Anonymous employee feedback is crucial for a successful feedback culture. We prioritize the protection of your data, which is why data privacy and IT security under the BDSG and EU GDPR are our top priorities. 

Service 100% from Germany

We do not use third-party services outside of Germany for communication or storing your and our data. All customer-related and company-internal data are thus stored on our own servers in Germany. Additionally, we develop our products entirely using our own resources without the involvement of external third parties. Therefore, only our experienced and trained internal employees develop and manage your projects. 

Highest Security Standards

Data privacy and IT security are fundamental to us. We only work with our own high-performance servers hosted in a German data center certified according to DIN ISO/IEC 27001:2005. This data center strictly adheres to the strictest data protection goals outlined in the BDSG and EU GDPR and undergoes continuous review. The data protection officers and IT security manager on-site are trained and certified by TÜV Rheinland. Your data is thus subject to the highest security standards, regularly verified and confirmed by independent institutions. 

Documented Processes

We provide extensive and transparent information on how we fulfill the requirements outlined in the BDSG and EU GDPR. Our internal processes are documented and continuously reviewed for security. Furthermore, relevant aspects of contracts can be documented in a binding agreement. Your works council and data protection officers will appreciate this.
