What to expect:​

  • At the exciting intersection of business, psychology, and technology, you will work with our self-developed groundbreaking software solutions in the dynamic startup scene.
  • With the help of a buddy, who will be your mentor from the beginning, you will be quickly and systematically trained and actively supported.
  • You will support our Key Account Managers in customer projects throughout the entire customer lifecycle and actively participate in customer meetings or workshops.
  • With us, you are not just a small cog in the machine. We give you the opportunity to take on your own projects early on and independently.
  • We are an interdisciplinary team, so you are welcome to support in other areas according to your interests at any time.

What sets you apart:

  • Your mandatory internship in the field of business, social, or humanities studies is upcoming, or you have at least four months available for a voluntary internship.
  • You are passionate about new technologies and the digitization of the working world.
  • Ideally, you already have some professional experience in sales, HR, or the service industry.
  • Your goal is to actively contribute to our company, develop yourself, and also take on responsibility when needed.
  • MS Office is not foreign to you, and perhaps you have already gained some experience in project management and applied statistics.
  • You are fluent in both German and English at a high level.
