What to expect:​

  • At the exciting intersection of business, psychology, and technology, you will work with our self-developed groundbreaking software solutions in the dynamic startup scene.
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers during the implementation of our feedback tools.
  • You actively accompany presales and sales processes, ensuring comprehensive consulting and support for our customers.
  • The satisfaction and success of our customers are at the heart of what we do. You play a significant role in this, identifying potential areas for improvement that can make us even better.
  • Teamwork is key! In close coordination with our IT and development department, you ensure the success of the digitalized feedback landscapes for your key accounts in the B2B sector.
  • We continuously work on ourselves and the improvement of our services. Therefore, you have a significant say in the design and further development of our tools.

What sets you apart:

  • You have successfully completed your studies in economics, humanities, business informatics, or a related field.
  • You have gained approximately 2-3 years of professional experience in sales, HR, or the service industry.
  • You have a strong technical affinity and enjoy working with various tools.
  • You enjoy interacting with customers and can handle their diverse requirements.
  • With your demeanor and communication skills, you convince others of our feedback solutions.
  • You are fluent in both German and English at a high level.
