Our Application Process

Find your new job quickly and easily in just four steps:

1. Compact application

You apply simply and informally without a long cover letter. Just your CV in your preferred format, a few informal words about yourself and, if applicable, links to profiles on portals such as LinkedIn, XING, GitHub.

2. Short telephone interview

We will get back to you shortly after with an initial assessment and, if the response is positive, we will invite you directly to a short interview via Microsoft Teams. We’ll talk about you and your background and you can get to know us and the position better.

3. Personal interview

In a personal meeting, we discuss more in-depth and detailed questions about you – and of course about us. We always focus on whether we are a good fit for each other and which framework conditions are important for an optimal start. You can also get to know your future colleagues over a coffee.
